Tanner turned 2 in September and had a SUPER fun Birthday party.

Tanner and all his friends got to make their very own superhero capes.

My dad stayed up late the night before masking each child's first initial inside a superman sign on the capes ...

Thanks Dad!

The mini-supers decorated their capes with Blo-Pens, then peeled off the tape to reveal their Super cool Superhero Capes.

They turned out great!

We decided to make the Giant 36" pizza from Tanner's 1st Birthday a tradition.

So we all chowed down on delicious pizza.

And Tanner's friend A.J. and his dad Brady made a lovely tower display for our drink selections.

After last year's pretty lame attempt to get Tanner to attack his birthday cake, we decided to go with cupcakes this year. Tanner is a bit of a neat freak . . . (I wonder where minimatt got that trait from??) . . . so the cupcakes were a great, less messy alternative to cake.

Tanner had a fun time opening up his presents

And an even funner time hanging out with all his favorite pals.
